Taco Shell

Mince Beef

Onion



1 large slice



Tomato



2 slices



Capsicum



1 ring



Lettuce



1 large leaf



Olive Oil



1 tsp



Seasoning Mix



1 tb

Preparation Method:  Break up mince beef in bowl and stir in seasoning mix.  Fry mince until brown then add onion and capsicum and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.  Warm taco shells in oven then fill with mince, tomato and lettuce.
