Cooking Method:  Preheat oven at 180ËšC.  Place baking paper on top of foil and place 150g salmon cutlet on top.  Line with shredded ginger and spring onion.  Mix together soy sauce, sesame oil and 2 tb of water, and spoon over salmon.  Seal the foil and bake for 15 minutes.  Steam pumpkin, broccoli and carrot until soft.  Boil green beans and serve with other vegetables and salmon.
